To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, please review and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

Cancellations, Lateness, No Shows & Deposits: *

24+ Hours’ Notice: No charge if the space is filled. We understand life happens, just let us know in advance.
Within 24 Hours: 50% of the groom cost if the appointment cannot be filled. We appreciate your understanding.
Lateness: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Beyond 15 minutes, additional charges apply. After 20 minutes, we may need to cancel your appointment, and a service charge will apply. We know traffic can be unpredictable, so please call us if you're running late.
No Shows: Full appointment cancellation fees may be applied. Your time and ours are precious, so please keep us informed.
Deposit: A 50% deposit may be required when scheduling an appointment.

Pricing & Groom Duration *

Prices may change based on coat condition, weight, breed and temperament. Show grooms are an additional cost. Grooming times may exceed 2 hours for specific cases. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Fleas *

Pets with fleas will receive a flea bath at the owner's expense, in addition to grooming fees.
Rescheduling due to flea infestation may incur full grooming fees. We strive to keep our salon flea-free for everyone's safety.
An additional cost may be charged for a flea bomb of the facility if needed. We take cleanliness serious.

Matted Coats *

Matted coats may require extra grooming time and fees. We want your pet to be as comfortable as possible.
Shaving may be necessary to prevent stress and discomfort. This can result in itchiness and skin redness. Shaving may reveal preexisting conditions or cause skin inflammation. We’ll handle your furry friend with care and let you know if matting requires additional attention and fees. If you have questions please inform your groomer.

Dangerous or Aggressive Animals *

We may refuse or stop grooming for stressed or aggressive pets. A muzzle may be used for safety.
Clients will be charged for services rendered up to that point. We always aim to provide a calm and safe environment for every pet.

Accidents *

While rare, accidents can occur (cuts, nicks, scratches). You will be notified immediately if an accident happens. We use extreme care in all situations to ensure your pet's safety.

Emergency *

We will contact you immediately in case of an emergency. If unreachable, we will seek veterinary care at your expense. Your pet's health and well-being are our top priorities.

Senior Pets *

Senior dogs may need breaks, extending groom time. We are not responsible for injury or sudden death of senior pets. Grooming is essential for dogs at every stage of life, and we strive to make it a gentle and efficient experience.
